Reunion is a tradition that spans the generations. Alumni of all ages return to campus each June to remember their time at the College on the Hill.

One important part of the reunion tradition is the class gift. Each reunion class makes a special gift to the College in honor of the occasion. It is a wonderful way to honor your time at Middlebury, while supporting the next generation of students.

If this is your reunion year, we hope you will consider volunteering to help with your class’s reunion gift committee. Reunion gift committee volunteers are responsible for contacting eight to ten classmates—to encourage them to return for reunion, to ask them to contribute to the class gift, and to share the latest College and reunion news. It is a great opportunity to reconnect with classmates before reunion, and to help the College at the same time!

If you would like to volunteer to help with the reunion effort, please e-mail reunion@middlebury.edu or call 1-888-FOR-MIDD (367-6433). For more information about Reunion, visit http://www.middlebury.edu/alumni/reunion.

  • Download the 2010 Volunteer Guide (PDF; 2MB). The handbook is updated each year to provide you with helpful information related to income, expenditures, how to make a call, the various ways to make a gift, and the latest facts and figures about Middlebury’s incoming class.
