Cross Cultural Community Service Fund

The Cross Cultural Community Service Fund (CCCS) supports international community service, advocacy, and activism. The fund is endowed by a Middlebury Class of 1987 alumnus and supports international service-learning and community-building internships and/or related volunteer service opportunities for undergraduate students. These internships and service initiatives may be student designed; preference is given to those opportunities in a culture distinctly different from the applicant’s background. Funds are available throughout the academic year and for summer experiences.

Maintenance and Operations

The Facilities Services Maintenance and Operations division is a cohesive, dedicated group of employees trained and experienced in every principal trade required for the maintenance of campus facilities. This team of individuals creates and sustains our environment in a manner consistent with Middlebury's educational mission.

Middlebury students honor the legacy of Dr. King with Day of Service

Middlebury College students observed Martin Luther King Day by getting up early on Saturday morning, Jan. 17, and digging in for a day of service to the community.

First the women’s tennis team rallied at 7:30 a.m. to work at the local food bank to assist the hungry.

Next, at 9 a.m. a group of students started preparing an enormous lasagna and salad luncheon for the region’s migrant farm workers and their families.
