Individual Counseling

Students may participate in individual counseling with one of our psychotherapists.  Many students find they experience significant relief after three - five sessions, while others attend therapy on a more regular basis throughout the academic year.  However, in order to meet the needs of all Middlebury College students seeking counseling support, we cannot accommodate requests for long-term intensive psychotherapy.  If a student is interested in this mode of treatment, Counseling can help locate a community psychotherapist.  Please call 802.443.5141 to schedule an appointment.
