Middlebury FoodWorks was established in 2012. It is an innovative summer leadership program combining academic and experiential learning in food systems. The internship opportunities enhance student learning and engagement in food studies. The three locations: Middlebury, VT; Louisville, KY and Washington D.C. each offer dynamic opportunities to engage in unique food systems.
The French School has 7-week (undergraduate) and 6-week (graduate) programs in the summer. It offers courses at all levels in language, literature, civilization, and pedagogy.
