Public Log

The Department of Public Safety (DPS) produces a written daily log that is available to the public, as required by the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, 20 USC 1092 (f), 34CFR668.46 (“The Clery Act”).

The purpose of the daily log is to provide information about valid complaints of criminal and other significant incidents occurring on campus to members of the College community, which might be relevant for their safety and security.

Welcome! We would like to give you a brief introduction to what your MiddCard ID will do for you.  During your four years you will find that using you MiddCard will be an important aspect of your daily life.

J. College Storage Policies and Procedures

1. Storage during the regular academic year for students enrolled in the undergraduate College:

a. Regular dormitory storage (trunks, suitcases, boxed items).

i. Resident assistants in each dormitory have keys to the storage areas and will give residents access upon request.

ii. At the end of the school year, Facilities Services staff will clean out these storage areas and will dispose of any items not removed by students.

Alerts Delayed 2 Hrs

DPS creates and distributes Safety Alerts when a specific safety issue arises and requires public notification.  For support and safety reasons, we have located this feed off-site at Google Sites.

Because of this, alerts may be delayed up to 2 hours.
