After you have contacted the Department of Event Management to discuss potential dates and venues, the Production Advisory Group (PAG) may be contacted to further facilitate the process. You may also be asked to submit a Performance Proposal Form. Please visit the PAG’s web site for details.

Organizing a live performance on our busy campus can be a complex task. The Department of Event Management is here to help you navigate the complexities!
Please contact us first –before you book a performer– so that we may:
- Discuss available performance dates.
- Help identify appropriate venues.
- Assess the College’s ability to support your event.
To help us assess your needs, you may also be asked to submit a Performance Proposal Form.
