My name is Kali and I use she/her pronouns. I am a Dietitian with Whole Health Nutrition providing nutrition counseling on campus and via telehealth. I earned my Undergraduate degree and completed my dietetic internship through Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA and shortly after enrolled at Plymouth State University to complete my Master’s degree in Health Education and Promotion with a concentration in Eating Disorders.
My food philosophy is that food is more than just fuel — it brings us joy, connection, memories and so much more — and it doesn’t need to be complicated. I feel privileged to have the opportunity to support others on their journey to discovering peace with food and their bodies while optimizing overall health.
I grew up in Eastern Pennsylvania and was fortunate to spend time during my childhood at our family home in Vermont. My love for snowboarding, mountain biking, and the outdoors led me across New England, eventually settling in Killington, VT as the place I now call home. When I’m not exploring the outdoors, you can often find me reading a good book, checking out a new coffee shop or heading to a yoga class.
