  • Ski Patrol Outdoor Emergency Care

    National Ski Patrol OEC (Outdoor Emergency Care) class. This is a medical first responder class taught by the Middlebury College Ski Patrol and is the standard of care for working as a Patroller. This semester-long class is taught annually in the fall semester and is offered to current Middlebury College students/staff/faculty. Attending students are typically candidates for the Middlebury College Ski Patrol, but may also attend to patrol at other mountain resorts such as Sugarbush, Bolton Valley and Killington.

  • Sunday Night Environmental Group Weekly Meeting

    Sunday Night Environmental Group (SNEG) is a non-hierarchical student org committed to climate and social justice activism. In the past we have pushed the college to divest from fossil fuels, passed anti-fossil fuel infrastructure resolutions in town, trained students on methods of non-violent direct action, occupied the statehouse, organized climate strikes, and so much more. We strive to ground our work in anti-racism, indigenous sovereignty, and community power. We meet in Hillcrest Orchard Room in person every Sunday night from 8:00-9:00 pm.

    The exhibit features art by Middlebury’s Public Feminism Fellows: Kamari Williams, Isabel Perez, Alexis Welch, Elissa Asch, Luci Bryson, Emily Ribeiro, and Meg Farley.

    Log Rolling Practice! Come down to the Natatorium to join us at log rolling. Anyone and everyone is welcome, no experience is necessary. Log rolling is a fun sport where we try and stay on a log floating in water. You can even duel your friends and whoever stays on longer wins! Come try it out!

  • Junior and Sophomore Fellowships Info Session

    Learn about fellowships with late fall/winter deadlines: Beinecke, David Weill, Goldwater, Hollings, PPIA, Rangel Summer Program, St. Andrews, Truman, Udall and more. These include awards for graduate study, summer study, and undergraduate study in various fields. The session led by Dean Lisa Gates will provide a quick overview of the fellowships and nomination process.
