The Senior Language Authority of the Intelligence Community, who holds a master’s degree from the Middlebury College Spanish School, will provide an overview of the Community and emphasize the significant role that foreign language proficiency plays in its missions. Don Gentile will also delve into the diverse array of roles within the Community that demand foreign language skills, highlighting the expertise necessary for effective performance in these positions.

Come and discuss with CIA representatives about the many ways you can use these skills to further our national security efforts, either as a primary function of your job or as an amazing skill throughout your career. We’ll discuss the language benefits available to our officers and provide real-world examples of how language skills can benefit our mission.

The beloved Blues Jam, formerly hosted at 51 Main in Downtown Middlebury, has found a fantastic new home at the Ralph Myhre Golf Course! Join us at the Tavern on the Tee Patio every third Wednesday of the month from 6 to 8 p.m. Rain or shine, we’re ready to groove as the event moves indoors if the weather doesn’t cooperate.
