Barre is a fun, upbeat, and intense total-body toning and cardio workout that combines the elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. In this class, we focus on the fine-toning method, so expect to shake and burn as we work through dynamic exercises that will strengthen your body, improve flexibility, and promote balance. Classes normally progress through a series of planks, push ups, cardio bursts, barre exercises, and compound movements, with plenty of stretching rests in-between. All levels are welcome and no prior experience with Pilates, ballet, or yoga is necessary.
$5 drop-in fee paid at time of class, props and some mats will be available
