Join Abby, Women’s Alpine Ski coach and Certified Strength trainer, and learn how to safely improve your strength and conditioning at our fitness center. This is a 4-week series in which you will be oriented to the fitness center, educated on how to use both weight lifting machines and free weights, and given basic programs to help you strengthen major muscle groups.
