This four-week workshop series provides a space for students to be curious about their relationship with food and their body. This group offers an opportunity for students to try out mindfulness practice principles in real time. These principles include being in the present moment, taking time to reconnect, and building self-awareness. All of these mindful eating practices will be discussed in the context of being a college student. All are welcome.
