Chi walking/Chi running
This training program will teach the ChiWalking/ChiRunning technique to instill a safe and efficient, natural walking and running technique to reduce injury and improve personal performance. Our mission is to help you LOVE walking and running forever. Information will be presented in a non-judgmental and supportive manner, by a coach who is dedicated to each participant’s success.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Runners and non-runners alike
People who are interested in improving their cardiovascular fitness but don’t know how to get started
People who are scared to get injured or want to avoid injury when walking or running
People looking to make walking or running a lifetime sport
GOALS
To promote Health & Wellness
To teach walkers and runners proper form using the ChiWalking and ChiRunning technique
To help participants move efficiently in their bodies and avoid injuries
