Internship Pre-Departure Training for CCI-Funded and CCI-Sponsored Interns

This mandatory one-hour training will provide information and resources for students taking part in internships and self-directed projects this summer that are funded or sponsored by the Center for Careers and Internships.  Topics covered will include grant requirements, as well as resources and tips to help you prepare for and be successful in your internship.

This session is offered on two dates. Choose one of the following:

• Sunday, May 5, 3:30-4:30 pm at Wilson Hall, McCullough
• Wednesday, May 8, 7:00-8:00 pm, BiHall 216

Funded students not attending will risk losing their funding. For extenuating circumstances or for juniors studying abroad or off-campus, contact Cheryl Whitney Lower (clower@middlebury.edu).

Students with a First-Year Explore Grant should attend a special training for first year students on Monday, May 6, 7-8 pm, Coltrane Lounge, ADK, instead of one of the trainings above. 

Students participating in an international community-based experience not in their own country or a domestic social impact experience and interested in a more in-depth training may attend Pre-Immersion Training for International and/or Social Impact Experiences on Saturday, April 27, 9:00 am-4:30 pm, Coltrane Lounge, ADK instead of the May 5 or May 8 trainings.  RSVP to Cheryl Whitney Lower (clower@middlebury.edu) preferably by April 1.
