Middlebury alumni Taylor Moore ’18 and Edward Grace ’18 will be on campus to present a Cain Brothers, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets (KBCM) evening information session (open to all). The following morning, they have allotted a small handful of 1-on-1 informational office hours appointments for first year and sophomore students considering applying for Cain Brothers, a division of KBCM’s 2020 Summer Analyst program. Cain Brothers, a division of KBCM, is a pre-eminent investment bank focused exclusively on healthcare mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic and financial advisory solutions. Serving the largest sector of the U.S. economy, they bring innovative ideas and approaches to clients facing unprecedented change. With a focus on all key sectors of healthcare, they have an unobstructed view of a rapidly evolving industry. Cain Brothers, a division of KBCM, has offices located across the United States, with main offices in New York City and San Francisco. Students in Cain Brothers, a division of KBCM’s summer analyst program will have the chance to work on transactions with tax-exempt healthcare clients, including those in acute and post-acute care. Applicants will be expected to have strong quantitative and interpersonal skills, and a desire to learn about the healthcare sector. Locations will be in New York City or San Francisco.
