This four-week workshop series provides a space for students to be curious about their relationship with food and their body. This group takes place at noon time (you may bring your lunch, and snacks will be provided) and offers an opportunity for students to try out mindfulness practice principles in real time. These principles include being in the present moment, taking time to reconnect, and building self-awareness. All of these mindful eating practices will be discussed in the context of being a college student. All are welcome.

How to sign up: Sign up in advance for this workshop series by emailing facilitators of group or drop-in the first week of the series. It is highly encouraged that students commit to all four-weeks of the workshop as the series progresses with new information that builds upon previous weeks.
