Mindfulness for Survivors
Mindfulness can enhance present-moment awareness, increase self-compassion, and strengthen a person’s ability to self-regulate—skills that anyone could benefit from! This space is designated for self-identified survivors. We won’t be sharing anything beyond reflections on the skills we try out together.
