Prajna Meditation Group
Prajna is a group meditation space open to everyone in the Middlebury community, regardless of spiritual or religious practice. For those interested, tea grinding starts at 7:30 and, at 8:00, we have short, silent sits, discuss mindfulness, and drink hand-ground chai. No experience necessary.
