Members will learn skills that enable them to reduce stress and anxiety and strengthen their ability to experience the present moment with compassion and non-judgment. The group will begin with mindfulness exercises followed by gentle yoga postures to assist with relaxation, restoration and renewal. No previous experience in yoga and mindfulness skills needed.
Please bring a yoga mat and cushion. Limited yoga mats will be available.
