Workout Wednesdays with Sal Nakhlawi '19, Founder of StrongHER Girls

Join Sal Nakhlawi ’19 for a 45-minute online fitness class to build strength and practice introspection. The class will incorporate movements that you can complete with your own bodyweight or dumbbells (or household items). All fitness levels are welcome.
Equipment you’ll need for the class:
• Your own bodyweight OR dumbbells (or something to lift)
• Paper and pen / digital device for notes
• Yoga mat and/or towel (optional)
If you don’t have weights, get creative! You can use canned food, jugs of water, bottles of detergent, a backpack filled with books, or other household items.
A competitive powerlifter, Sal founded StrongHER Girls to empower underserved girls, womxn, and folx* of marginalized identities through strength training and mindfulness.
