Parkour is a training method for body and mind that enables us to move logically and creatively through a setting to overcome variable terrain and obstacles using just our own physical capabilities. No previous experience is necessary to participate in this workshop; we will focus on fundamental parkour movements including safe ways to fall; mastery of essential vaults; climbing up and down walls safely, and basic flips. In addition to learning new skills, you may experience some of the following benefits of parkour: improved physical health, body control, agility, balance, and power.
