Stephanie’s classes are a mix of invigorating, exploratory, and restful. Each class is
guided by an intention—often taken from yogic philosophy—that frames the day’s
practice. Classes are moderate in level, allowing experienced practitioners to delve more deeply while beginners can start by simply focusing on foundations. Integrative Yoga classes include pranayama (breathwork), all categories of asana (postures), and vinyasa(creative sequencing); these classes focus on increasing strength and flexibility. All Stephanie’s classes are infused with a sense of leela (sacred play), inclusion, and ananda (bliss).
