45 minutes of high intensity low-impact spinning! We welcome all levels of experience, our instructors will help you learn the basics of working out, help you improve form, or help you set challenges for your fitness progress. Our rotation of student instructors will make sure you’re never bored on the bike! Spaces are limited to 15 riders. Shoes are provided, please bring water and a sweat towel if you wish. See you on the bike!
