Bart Johnson ’91

Bart is a real estate and land use lawyer based in the Firm’s Aspen office. He has focused on real estate and land use law since entering private practice in 1996 and has worked in Aspen since 2000. He has broad experience in all aspects of real estate and development work. His transactional experience includes complex mixed-use condominium projects and planned communities, office space and retail leasing with national brand-name tenants, acquisition and development for projects of all sizes, representation of both borrowers and lenders in financing transactions and representation of buyers and sellers of high-end residences in Colorado’s resort areas. His land use experience includes representation of clients before the governing bodies of many of the local governments in the Denver Metro Area and the resort areas of Aspen, Vail, Telluride, Crested Butte, Breckenridge and Winter Park.
