Templates that incorporate Middlebury’s graphic identity are available here for download by faculty and staff only.
You will find several templates for use when writing letters. Different ones are available for use with pre-printed letterhead and for use with blank paper. The templates are formatted so that your letter can use the professional design Middlebury has chosen for its stationery. Please do not shift the address panel up or down.

Common Templates
The following letterhead templates are to be used with blank paper, such as copy paper. The shield is built into the template. You may enter your own information.

Letterhead Template
The letterhead template is be used with paper purchased from Printing and Mailing Services that has the shield preprinted on the stationery. The template sets up the letter for you, so that all is formatted correctly.
