Fixes and Tweaks

• Further improved minification of Cache-Tag headers across all of our sites, reducing chances of server-side errors due to many elements on the page.
• Hub: Fixed an error seen by admins when editing existing GoogleDrive Resources.
• GO: Added redirects for parking the netstorage.middlebury.edu and bat.middlebury.edu host-names now that those services are retired.

• Creating a new “Offices” site for institution-wide anchor functions.
• Creating new Drupal 8 sites for our schools and programs.
• Post-launch improvements of the updated Course Hub.
