HCM Change Facilitators

The Change Facilitators are a group of staff members who have agreed to help HCM users (that’s all of us!) better understand exactly what’s changing, how we’re changing, and why it’s important. These colleagues from across Middlebury helps connect their work areas and departments with the HCM Change Management team. Their work includes:

  • Working as liaisons between the HCM team and colleagues

  • Receiving communications from the change management team

  • Sharing feedback or concerns with the change management team

  • Proactively engaging with colleagues about the rollout of new tools and processes

  • Proactively engaging with colleagues about changes that they will experience
