Before joining the Middlebury team, Kelly studied abroad in Paris while completing her Bachelors degrees and she returned to France after graduation as an English teaching assistant with TAPIF in Le Mans. She earned an M.A. in International Education Management at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies where she also worked as the activity coordinator and tutor for the French section of the Summer Intensive Language Program.
