Paul Muldoon Celebrates Obama Inauguration with a Poem

The Bread Loaf connection with presidential inaugurations continues. Fifty-two years after Robert Frost, as the first Inaugural Poet, contributed to John F. Kennedy's swearing-in ceremony, Bread Loaf faculty member, poetry editor at The New Yorker, and Pulitzer Prize-winning poet Paul Muldoon was commissioned by Yahoo News to compose a poem on the occasion of Obama's second inauguration.
