Kurt Heinzelman Publishes Third Book of Poetry

Kurt Heinzelman, (MA ‘72) Professor of English at the University of Texas at Austin, this year published his third book of poems, The Names They Found There (Pecan Grove Press, 2011), cited by Poetry International as one of the "Notable Poetry Books of the Year."
Demarcations (Host Publications, 2011), his new translation of Jean Follain's Territoires (1953) was a finalist for the Texas Institute of Letters's "Best Book Translation of the Year" award. Kurt, a multiple nominee for the Pushcart Prize, serves as editor in chief of Texas Studies in Literature and Language (TSLL) and as editor at large for the literary journal Bat City Review, just finishing its first decade of publication.
