Cancellation Policy & Refund Schedule for Bread Loaf in Sicily 2014

Payment Schedule
--A $300 nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of acceptance into the program.
--Invoices are mailed to participants in March/April and due upon receipt.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation received by May 20—applicant receives a refund for any payments made minus the $300 nonrefundable deposit. 
  • Cancellation received between May 21 and July 8—applicant receives a partial refund in the amount of $1,200. 
  • Cancellation received on July 9 or later—We regret that refunds cannot be made for cancellations received on July 9 or later.

If Bread Loaf in Sicily must cancel a program, all payments made to Middlebury College for the Bread Loaf in Sicily program will be refunded. Middlebury College is not responsible for any outside expenses, such as airline ticket fees, incurred in preparation for the program.

Purchasing travel insurance through your travel agent is highly recommended.
