Payment Schedule & Cancellation Policy

Payment Schedule
--Confirmation Form due by date noted in the notification letter.
--Access to invoice and online payment available in mid-July through Nelnet Campus Commerce. You will receive an email alerting you that your e-bill is ready to view.
--Balance of fees due in full by August 2 (please see your acceptance letter for details regarding conference fees).

Payment methods (available when online invoice becomes available)
--ACH through Nelnet Campus Commerce (to send a check connected to your bank account)
--Credit card through Nelnet Campus Commerce. A 2.75% service fee will be assessed for payments made with a credit card.  The service fee is non-refundable. 
--Check made payable to Middlebury College, sent to the Cashier’s Office, Service Building, 84 S. Service Road, Middlebury, VT 05753 
--International wire transfers can be made through our partner Western Union Business Solutions. To initiate an international wire transfer, click here.

Cancellation Policy
--If you find that you are unable to attend, please let us know right away so we can invite another writer to take part.
--Cancellation received on August 3 or later—student receives a refund for any payments made minus $800. In addition to forfeiting a $300 registration fee, the student is assessed a withdrawal fee of $500. This withdrawal fee is being assessed because a place was reserved for the student.    
--No refund of fees will be made for participants who must leave the conference early.
