Payment Schedule & Cancellation Policy

Payment Schedule
--Confirmation Form due by date noted in the notification letter.
--Access to invoice and online payment program available in late-June (an email from Nelnet Campus Commerce will let you know when it’s available).
--Balance of fees due in full by Monday, July 16 (please see your acceptance letter for details regarding conference fees).

Payment methods (available when online invoice becomes available in late June)
--Pay online by echeck (to send a check connected to your bank account).
--Pay online by credit card (the online processing company accepts Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Visa and charges a user fee of 2.50 percent).
--Send a check by regular mail to the Middlebury College cashier’s office. 
--Participants living outside of the U.S. might wish to pay by WIRE; please contact the Bread Loaf office for details.

Cancellation Policy
--Cancellation received by July 16—student receives a refund for any payments made minus a $300 registration fee.
--Cancellation received on July 17 or later—student receives a refund for any payments made minus $800.  In addition to forfeiting the $300 registration fee, the student is assessed a withdrawal fee of $500. This withdrawal fee is being assessed because a place was reserved for the student.    
--No refund of fees will be made for participants who must leave the conference early.
