Nineteen faculty and staff authors, whose books were published over the past year, were honored at an annual reception at the Davis Family Library on May 2. Throughout the Special Collections room, an exhibit of books showcased a diversity of academic interests and research, from the life of Jesus to modern environmental policy to the philosophy and psychology of living well.

“I realize as I look across at these works that there’s a wide range of topics and forms,” said Prof. Jim Ralph, dean for faculty development and research, in his welcoming remarks. “I think that’s reflective of the variety and vitality of our faculty and staff who have contributed to the works being celebrated.”

Ralph noted a common thread running through all the faculty and staff publications on exhibit. “They are the products of inspiration and the products of imagination. We here at the college take great pride in your accomplishments and we’re glad that we have this opportunity to celebrate with you.”

All of the faculty publications featured at the event are available at the Davis Family Library. A full list is below.
