Middlebury College Appoints Director of Dining
Services

Middlebury College has named Peter Napolitano to
the position of director of dining services.

Mr. Napolitano brings to his new position over 20
years of experience in dining service administration. Most recently
he was the dining services director at Dartmouth College in Hanover,
N.H. At Dartmouth, Napolitano oversaw a large food service operation
which included management of the student cafeteria, catering services,
concession and vending services, a convenience store, and the
campus pub.

Mr. Napolitano received his B.S. in management and
marketing from James Madison University and his M.S. in education
administration from the University of Rochester. He and his wife
Ruth have four children.
