Nadia Murad, a Yazidi woman who survived a brutal abduction by ISIS in Northern Iraq, will speak at Middlebury College on Oct. 5.

MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – Author and activist Nadia Murad, a co-recipient of the 2018 Nobel Peace Prize and survivor of the Yazidi genocide in northern Iraq by ISIS fighters, will speak at Middlebury on Tuesday, February 12, at 7 p.m. in Wilson Hall in McCullough Student Center. Her talk is titled “Pursuing Peace and Justice: a Conversation with Nadia Murad.”
