Contemplative Pedagogy
–
Off CampusClosed to the Public
A faculty off-campus retreat on Contemplative Pedagogy will begin on Wednesday afternoon, May 31, and will run through Thursday afternoon, June 1. It will be held at the Sleepy Hollow Inn in Huntington, Vermont. While this retreat will provide opportunities for faculty with experience in contemplative pedagogy to continue to learn from one another, its primary goal is to welcome faculty who are curious about contemplative pedagogy, have little or no experience with it and want to learn a little more about it. To learn more about this retreat lead Rebecca Gould and Marc Lapin and to register to participate, see http://sites.middlebury.edu/cpretreat/. (Please register by Wednesday, May 24.) This retreat is part of the broader initiative on promoting Mindfulness practices throughout the Middlebury community.
