Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Most students should apply to only one program. If students apply to one site in one country and later change their mind, they may contact our office to modify their location. However, if they are applying to one location for the fall and another for the spring, they should complete two applications.

The application fee is $75.

Final deadlines for complete applications are as follows:

  Fall or Academic Year Spring Summer Museum Studies in Oxford Summer School of the Environment
Students from other institutions March 15 October 1 April 1 March 1
Middlebury College Students February 1 February 1 April 1 March 1

We will consider late applications if space is available, provided that visa deadlines (where applicable) can be met. Once the deadline has passed, students will not be able to access the application without first calling our office at (802) 443-5745.
