Bill Mayers

Bill earned a BA in Comparative Religion from Connecticut College after spending a year studying Arabic and Islam at the American University in Cairo. Several years later he set off on an overland globe trek, but ultimately landed where he began, in Vermont. Bill earned an MA in Teaching History from the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire, and served as the Coordinator of Middlebury’s Arabic Language School from 2004-2007. Bill now works with  Middlebury’s programs in Beijing, Taiwan, Jordan, Morocco, and the UK.
