Griffin, president of Interactive Design Architects (IDEA), gives a public talk about her practice and her efforts to get more minority women interested in architecture. Her 20 years of experience includes institutional, municipal, corporate, multiunit residential, and education projects. Out of IDEA’s impressive body of work, none is more recognizable than the Modern Wing at the Art Institute of Chicago, an icon in Chicago’s architectural landscape. Sponsored by the Department of History of Art and Architecture and the Cameron Family Enrichment Fund.
