Earth Day Discussion with Elma Burnham '13 on her Sustainable Fishery

Come discuss sustainable fishing and learn about being in the food production industry with visiting Midd grad Elma Burnham ‘13. Elma now works at a fishery in Alaska whose salmon will be served at the Earth Day dinner that same day. They are Marine Stewardship Council certified.
