As more centering (long overdue!) of Indigenous voices in publishing occurs, writers and teachers must contend with how to write and teach in a decolonial context. Kazim Ali’s lecture will explore ways that writers and teachers might now begin to work in often radically different narratologies, historiographies, and research methodologies than we have been trained in. The work of Indigenous writers, scholars, pedagogues, and teachers will be centered.
