NASPAA Panel: DEIB in the U.S. Federal Government - Strategies to Assess and Find Belonging

Join the NASPAA Employer Relations Committee as they host a panel with U.S. federal government experts to discuss how the federal government creates and fosters a diverse and inclusive work environment. The panel will be moderated by MPP student Eni Owoeye. Panelists will discuss topics such as how to address imposter syndrome, find role models and mentorship, and assess whether a particular agency fosters an inclusive environment.
