Critical Language Scholarships (CLS) are fully-funded intensive overseas language and cultural immersion programs for US Citizens enrolled at U.S. colleges and universities. CLS programs include intensive language instruction and structured cultural enrichment experiences designed to promote rapid language gains.

VIRTUAL: Compensation Negotiation Workshop

Congratulations, you received a job offer! Now it’s time to negotiate your compensation…. a daunting situation for many professionals. Join your CACS advisors Edy Rhodes, Scott Webb, and Elizabeth Bone in a discussion of compensation strategies and why negotiating your salary is extremely important. You will get the opportunity to participate in a mock salary negotiation by taking either the role of the candidate or the hiring manager. This is a great workshop to attend even if you are not currently evaluating job offers.

Simulation:
Take part in a simulation of open source intelligence analysis with CIA representatives! Students will be posed real-world problems related to nonproliferation, counter-terrorism and global issues. Bring your computer to fully participate in the simulation!
