Learn how to build a website using WordPress! We’ll go through how to create and customize your site or portfolio, how to choose a theme and design the look of your site or portfolio, and more. This workshop was designed with TLM students in mind, but anyone who wants to learn how to use WordPress is welcome to attend.

The DLC is exploring the potential of virtual reality (VR) technologies for teaching and learning this term. Join us for an introducion to our HTC Vive VR equipment and a prototyping VR session with various mobile apps to explore VR content and create 360 degree images and videos with your mobile device and Google cardboard viewers. Open to MIIS faculty, staff, and students.

In preparation for J Term and Spring semester classes, we’re offering the next round of facilitated Canvas training. While there are several self-paced resources at your disposal, these workshops give you a step-by-step tour of Canvas’ pedagogical features.
