Join the MAlt Jamaica trip for an open mic night. This will be a night filled of fun and laughter. Individual student performances and improv groups will perform so be ready to be entertained. We will also have ginger tea and banana chips for sale. All funds raised will be used to help alleviate the cost of our trip to Jamaica where will be working with Girlz with Goals.

MAlt DR will be having an informal lesson on Dominican-Style Spanish using fun games, Buzzfeed videos, and the expertise of our very own Christeline Velazquez. We will be focusing on special slang used in the Dominican Republic, keeping in theme with our trip. We will serve food, tostadas topped with beans, lettuce, tomato, and cheese, as well as the popular Dominican drink known as Morir Soñando, made of orange juice and sweet condensed milk, to help raise funds for our MAlt DR trip next month.Come join us!

Join us is sharing authentic Latin American food that will fill your mouth will flavor. We will be serving a variety of dishes that include: Platanos Fritos (Fried Plantains), Flautas (Fried, ROlled-up Tacos) and many more. Get a taste of our culture while supporting our service trip to the Dominican Republic where we will work with a local organization, Project Esperanza, to provide services and support to the local Haitian communities in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic.
