Diversifying the Faculty

Join Miguel Fernández, our Chief Diversity Officer, for a discussion about what efforts the College is undertaking to help diversify Middlebury’s faculty. He will explain the faculty hiring process, diversity initiatives, and how students can get involved. If you’ve ever wondered how faculty are recruited, interviewed, and eventually brought to campus, or how you can get involved in diversifying your department when it’s time to hire a new candidate, now is your chance to find out!
