Sister-to-Sister Workout Wednesdays

Join Sal Nakhlawi ’19 for a 45-minute online fitness class to build strength and practice introspection. The class will incorporate movements that you can complete with your own bodyweight or dumbbells (or household items). All fitness levels are welcome.
Equipment you’ll need for the class:
• Your own bodyweight OR bumbbells (or something to lift)
• Paper and pen / digital device for notes
• Yoga mat and/or towel (optional)
