Denver Edwards is a partner at Pierce Bainbridge LLP, an international litigation firm. Edwards defends investigations brought by regulatory bodies, counsels clients about privacy and data security risk and mitigation strategies, and leads diverse teams in complex litigation. Edwards has held leadership positions in elite organizations throughout his career, including the Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Department of Treasury, Goldman Sachs, and Toyota. He received a law degree from Boston University School of Law in 1994. At Middlebury, Edwards was a leader on the varsity football team, earning All-NESCAC honors his senior year, and a member of the Black Student Union. Edwards has remained connected to Middlebury since graduation. He interviews prospective students, served on the Alumni Association Board, and has been a resource for students regarding events on campus or in their job searches. Edwards is on the governance committee of the board of directors of New Yorkers Against Gun Violence.
