Open Staff Meetings

Staff Council meetings are held regularly during the academic year and are open to all members of the Middlebury community. 

Senior Leadership Updates

Staff Council and Senior Leadership have traditionally held a Fall and Spring Update each year for all staff presentations. Anonymous questions are submitted prior to the meeting and help inform presentations. During the webinar, non-anonymous Q&A questions can be submitted and are visible to webinar attendees once addressed. Depending on the updates there may be limited time for questions to be answered live.

Working Meetings (Closed)

Staff Council holds working meetings biweekly on Wednesdays. If you have issues you want to bring to Staff Council, please reach out to your district representative and they will add it to the agenda for the next working meeting.

Meetings with Senior Leadership

Staff Council meets with Senior Leadership monthly. The 2026-27 calendar of meetings will be published in the fall of 2026.
