    When: Tuesday, March 3rd 2026, 10:00 am - 11:00 am EST Location: Kitchel House , Conference Room 100, 152 College Street, Middlebury, Vermont 05753, United States Join this event to learn more about what it is like to be a speech writer and work in politics and on campaigns. Julian served as Political Director for Zohran Mamdani’s NYC Mayor campaign and previously worked in the New York State Executive Chamber as Senior Speechwriter. He also managed Jerry Nadler for Congress as Campaign Manager and held roles in the Office of Congressman Jerry Nadler, including Press Secretary and Speechwriter and Deputy Press Secretary. He also served on the House Judiciary Committee as a Professional Staff Member and Staff Assistant.  At Middlebury he studied Political Science.  All students, all majors welcome.  Bring your questions and curiosity for this informal conversation to learn about how to be successful entering this world of work.
